Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 500,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 205.85p, the lowest price paid was 202.30p and the average price paid was 204.7451p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 33,130,458 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,121,397,167 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
