Transaction in own shares

bwin.party announces that on 20 March 2012 it purchased, through an independent third party, 369,757 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at an average price of 149.08 pence per share. The highest price paid was 152.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 147.30 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 30,562,825 shares for cancellation, since 6 September 2011 when the buy-back programme commenced. The total number of bwin.party shares in issue is 822,531,651 and the total number of voting rights in issue is 819,810,473 (total number of shares in issue minus 2,721,178 shares held by the employee benefit trust in respect of which the voting rights have been waived).
