Transaction in Own Shares

Livermore announces that on 12 July 2010 it acquired 166,512 ordinary shares, representing 0.058% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company will hold these shares in treasury for the time being.

The Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights following such repurchase is 282,527,923 and that there are a total of 21,592,478 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 282,527,923 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
