Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 26 June 2015, it purchased 31,723 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 82.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 75,972,951 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
