Transaction in Own Shares

18 October 2013 St Ives plc - ('the Company') Transaction in own shares St Ives plc announces that, on 17 October 2013, it purchased through NumisSecurities Limited 1,684,939 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ata price of 162.0 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held astreasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 1,724,939 ordinary shares inTreasury and has a total of 119,978,490 ordinary shares of 10p each (excludingshares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares held intreasury now represents approximately 1.418% of the voting rights attributableto the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the latest purchase.
