Transaction in Own Shares

Cambium Global Timberland Limited announces that, pursuant to its authority granted by shareholders of the Company to make market purchases of its own shares on 12 October 2011, the Company on 12 March 2012 purchased 150,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 56.75 pence per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 102,705,000 ordinary shares in issue.
