NCC GROUP PLC ("NCC", or the "Company") announces it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary shares of 1p each through Peel Hunt LLP.

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), NCC confirms that, as at the date and time of this announcement, it has in issue 295,709,196 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each, all of which carry one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 295,709,196.
