Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 11,652 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 828.87 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,881,561 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,407,881

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 77,423 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 81.08 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 18,573,285 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 78,923,519.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
