13 October 2014 Crystal Amber Fund Limited (the "Company") Transaction in Own Shares & Disclosure of Dealings The Board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that on 10 October 2014, theCompany purchased 569,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("OrdinaryShares") at a price of 130p per share. These shares will be held as treasuryshares. Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held astreasury shares by the Company is 2,576,856. The total number of OrdinaryShares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 75,652,809. The Company also announces that Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey)Limited ("Crystal Amber Asset Management"), which is investment manager to theCompany purchased on 10 October 2014 a total of 110,000 Ordinary Shares in theissued share capital of the Company, equivalent to 0.15 per cent. of the votingshare capital of the Company. The shares were purchased at a price of 130p pershare. Following the purchase, Crystal Amber Asset Management now holds a total of3,600,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 4.76 per cent. of the voting sharecapital of the Company.
