Purchase of own securities

On 6 November 2007, Reckitt Benckiser Group plc acquired from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, 94,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 27.8158 pence per ordinary share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:

1. 9,541,882 shares held as treasury shares ; and

2. 712,826,630 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
