Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 21 January 2015 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 79,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 705.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 698.00 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has 447,636,121 ordinary shares in issue.
