Further, Mr Andrew Grant, Chairman, and Mr Mathew Edmett, Finance Director, eachacquired 4,750 Ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 99.44p.Both Mr Grant and Mr Edmett now have an interest in 4,750 ordinary sharesrepresenting 0.042% of the issued share capital each.
