Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 14 November 2013 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 137,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 614.9325 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 463,528,962 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
