Purchase of own securities

On 1 June 2007, Reckitt Benckiser plc acquired from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited 75,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 2747.93 pence per ordinary share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the Company has:

1. 4,893,469 shares held as treasury shares ; and

2. 717,350,157 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares)
