SThree plc announces that on 11 June 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 82,874 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 186.7648 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 189.625 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 183.375 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 130,428,341ordinary shares of 1p each.
