Cobham plc - Purchase of own shares

Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 447,573 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 209.00p, the lowest price paid was 205.95p and the average price paid was 207.1986p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 34,413,607 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,120,114,018 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
