Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC25 March 2008 Transactions in Own Shares Dawnay, Day Treveria plc ("the Company") announces that on 25 March 2008 itpurchased 800,000 ordinary shares for cancellation from JPMorgan CazenoveLimited at an average price of EUR 0.6373 per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 106,677,039ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced.
