EPE Special Opportunities Limited ("ESO" or the "Company") announces that, on 16 September 2019, it purchased 15,000 of the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 165.00 pence per share.

The purchased Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company in treasury.

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, not held by the Company in treasury, following the transaction and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 33,205,533 Ordinary Shares. The number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury following the transaction is 1,333,528 Ordinary Shares.
