Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 41,478 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 115.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,146,760 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 72,599,158.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 28,330 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 825.30 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,810,263 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 32,366,960.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
