Buy Back of Own Shares and Director's Shareholding
Leeds Group announces that on 1 July 2008 it purchased 165,000 of its own Ordinary Shares to be held
in treasury. The shares were purchased at 18p each.
As a result of the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares now held in treasury is 4,277,015
and the number of remaining Ordinary Shares in issue is 30,622,985.
Further to the most recent buy-back of shares in Leeds Group the Company announces that Mr Johann Claesson, a director of Leeds Group plc, continues to hold 7,978,050 ordinaryshares which now represents 26.1% of the ordinary shares in issue and Mr Peter Gyllenhammar, a director of Leeds Group plc, continues to hold 6,732,499 ordinary shares which now represents 22% of the ordinary shares in issue.
