Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that on September 22nd, 2017 it purchased a total of 198,070 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises

33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,762,312 are held in treasury.
