Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 282,051 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 231.95p, the lowest price paid was 229.10p and the average price paid was 230.2858p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 847,697 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,153,679,928 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
