Transaction in own shares
Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 7 September 2009, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 215,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 77.25 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,457,067 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 210,903,837 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.10% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
