SThree plc announces that on 24 July 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 167.75 pence per share.
The highest price paid was 169 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 167.5 pence per share.
For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 128,250,922 ordinary shares of 1p each.
