Transaction in Own Shares - Correction

The following amendment has been made to the “Transaction in Own Shares” announcement released on 15 September 2016 at 17:20.
Previously announced:
14,079 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as US Dollar shares (“US Dollar Shares”) at a price of USD 12.5855 per US Dollar Share.The correct information should be:
14,079 ordinary shares of no par value in the value in the capital of the Company designated as Sterling shares (“Sterling Shares”) at a price of GBP 12.5855 per Sterling Share.These shares will be held as treasury shares.
The total number of treasury shares, number of shares in issue less shares held in treasury and total number of voting rights remains as previously announced. As a way of confirmation the total number of shares in issue in each share class of the Company will be as follows:
