Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, it has today transferred 27,648 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to a participant in its employee share option scheme, which were previously held in treasury.

Following the above transactions, the Company holds 572,784 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights increases to 12,563,664.
