Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 04 April 2014 it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch 8,000 ordinary shares for which the highest price paid was 672.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 669.50 pence per share. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 455,908,864 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,687,560 ordinary shares in treasury.
