Repurchase of Shares

Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF), a registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announces that on 14 July 2015 the Company repurchased 175,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 25.05p per share, representing approximately 0.24 per cent of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.

The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled immediately, following which the Company will have 72,366,709 ordinary shares outstanding with voting rights.
