The Company announces that it has today purchased 29,589 Growth shares for cancellation at 325.80 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Growth shares in issue total 72,971,583

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.

The Company announces that it has today purchased 16,467 Income shares for cancellation at 140.76 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Income shares in issue total 86,171,337.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
