Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 14,942 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 1,040.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 2,819,715 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 27,870,272.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 24,500 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 104.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,630,864 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 75,874,143.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
