The Capita Group Plc ("the Company")
SHARE REPURCHASE
The Capita Group Plc announces that it purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 29th July 2010 at a price of 730.91p per share.
The purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
Following the above purchase the Company holds 13,145,830 shares in Treasury and has 614,331,865 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
