Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 75,456 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 795.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,711,693 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,577,749.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 80.50 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 17,343,111 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 80,153,693.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
