Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 32,334 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 110.04 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,158,331 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 72,014,277.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 37,690 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 761.11 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,898,641 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 33,843,087.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Cash

The Company has today purchased 56,077 Managed Cash shares for cancellation at 99.70 pence per share.

Following the transaction the number of ordinary shares in issue is 5,155,865.

The Company does not hold any Managed Cash shares in Treasury.
