The Company announces that it purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 743.6461 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 91,263,244 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 190,370,666. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
