The purchased shares will all be held in treasury. Following the above purchaseand non-cancellation of such equity shares, Liberty International PLC will hold200,000 ordinary shares in treasury and a total of 362,572,673 ordinary shareswill be in issue (excluding shares to be held in treasury).
