Cobham plc announces that it has today purchased to hold in treasury 470,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The highest price paid per share was 234.90p, the lowest price paid was 230.50p and the average price paid was 232.0731p per share.

Following the above purchase, Cobham plc holds 13,049,214 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 1,141,478,411 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
