Transaction In Own Shares
Liontrust Asset Management PLC ("the Company") announces that on 6 February 2007 it purchased through Altium Securities 80,000 ordinary shares at a price of 390 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be cancelled.
Following the above purchase the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue is 33,668,215. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
The above figure of 33,668,215 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
