REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 36,764 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 648.26 pence per share. Following the transaction the Company holds 3,640,338 Managed Growth shares in Treasury.

The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 33,848,811.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
