Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 15th October 2010, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 39,800 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 79.81 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 4,678,460 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 231,203,696 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.02% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
