RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 4th December 2019, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 2,023 Ordinary Shares a price of €16.19 per Ordinary share and at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 53,469,823 Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 789,920,515.
