The Company announces that on 25 October 2017, it purchased 73,969 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 1.31% of the issued share capital at a price of 73.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 5,553,354 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
