Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 40,493 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 889.94 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 9,036,424 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 29,253,018.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 99,349 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 90.18 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 18,841,107 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 78,655,697

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
