The Company announces today that it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each through Peel Hunt LLP.

Once the shares are cancelled, the total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 179,624,146. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
