Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 24,418 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 885.01 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 7,887,554 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,424,128.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 100,000 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 109.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 14,154,530 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 84,776,594.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
