6 May 2008 Panther Securities PLC ("Panther" or "the Company") Transaction in own shares

On 2 May 2008, the Company acquired 31,000 ordinary shares of ‚£0.25 each at ‚£ 3.30 per share for cancellation.

Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 16,869,000 shares in issue.
