Repurchase of Shares
Duet Real Estate Finance Limited (LSE: DREF), a registered closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey, announces that on 10 September 2012 the Company repurchased 76,033 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 87.4439 pence per share (with the highest price being 90 pence and the lowest being 86 pence per share) representing approximately 0.1 per cent of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled immediately, following which the Company will have 75,394,063 ordinary shares outstanding with voting rights.
