Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 20,869 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 781.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 5,533,238 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 32,798,785.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
