Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 28 November 2011 it purchased 3,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1413.14 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 58,101,551 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
