The Company announces that on 7 December 2017, it purchased 345,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.29% of the issued share capital at a price of 139.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 118,899,237 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
