Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that it has, on the 28 November purchased through Numis Securities Limited 750,000 ordinary shares at a price of 145 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 750,000 ordinary shares in treasury and has a total of 29,883,838 ordinary shares in issue, excluding those shares held in treasury.
The number of ordinary shares purchased represented 2.4% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
